  • Free shipping is available on orders over $100 within the contiguous United States.
  • Oversized or heavy items, such as poly furniture, carports, and swing sets, may require additional shipping fees. We will provide a shipping quote before processing the order.

  • Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return Eligibility

  • We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Perishable or bulk food items are non-returnable for safety and health reasons.
  • Customized or special-order items, including poly furniture and large outdoor products, are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to Request a Return

  2. Package the item securely and include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  3. Ship the item to the return address provided in the return authorization email.

Refunds & Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement.
  • Exchanges for different sizes or products are subject to availability.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
  • If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue.
